Overview
From the continental divide to the coastal rainforest canopy, Costa Rica's gay-friendly people and colorful biodiversity offer new delights every day. |

Canopy tour, rainforests, beaches and nightlife Tiny Costa Rica is a treasure trove of natural marvels. On our eight-day exploration, we’ll sample much of what this amazing and gay-friendly little country has to offer. We begin in the bustling capital city of San Jose, with its many museums and historic buildings, a delightfully cool climate, and Central America's most developed gay culture. Then we head to the Monteverde Cloud Forest for two nights. We will experience the thrill of a canopy ride, flying above treetops from a (very strong!) cable, while looking for wildlife that lives above the ground, and we will have a ground-level tour of the National Park with a local naturalist. The pristine Pacific coastline and jungle of Manuel Antonio National Park will be our home for the next four days. There'll be plenty of time to frolic in the pool of our comfortable lodgings, with awesome sunset views, followed by a delicious dinner. During our stay on the coast, you'll have a chance to explore the surrounding rainforests by either horseback or mountain bike. Then spend the rest of your day on the renowned gay beach, or socializing at one of the area's gay watering holes. One day we'll have a guided nature walk in Manuel Antonio National Park, and we'll also head out on the water to enjoy a sunset cruise. Back in San Jose for the last night of the trip, we'll have a farewell dinner in one of the area's top restaurants. Highlights:
