who rode a bike off the bungy jump platform in Queenstown, New Zealand.

Unfortunately, this could give you the wrong impression of our vacations. As a gay outdoor travel company, we generally offer activities that involve at least a little more exertion, and not so much -- well, we do want to see Mike again, so let's just point out that Albert Einstein never rode a bike off a bungy jump platform, and leave it at that.

Although longer than most trips, our Wild Kiwi adventure in New Zealand is a perfect example of the activities we offer. On this 2-week trip of a lifetime, you'll do things like:

• Pull on a wetsuit, hop into the waters off the finy fishing village of Kaikoura, and snorkel with hundreds of dolphins.
• Hike to a remote waterfall in the Southern Alps.
• Splash, leap, and rappel through a deep chasm, in the distinctly Down-Under sport known as canyoning.
• Pull on crampons and explore the crystalline world and strange ice formations of Franz Josef Glacier.
• Discover what New Zealand's creative chefs can do with the rich assortment of seafoods and produce available to them.
• Kayak to the sunny, sandy islands of Abel Tasman Bay.
• Navigate whitewater rivers, armed only with a paddleboard, flippers, and a dose of adrenaline, in a new sport known as riversurfing.

However, as long as we're in the country where bungy jumping got its start -- in fact, we'll be at the very bridge where this sport took off -- it seems only right that we include a jump, free of charge, as part of the trip. Whether you do take the plunge is, of course, up to you.

If you want to bungy jump on a bicycle, you're on your own. But if you're as resourceful as Mike, you'll have no trouble finding the spot.
